Our Founders
Lionel Koh
A man on a mission, Lionel is known to those he has touched as someone of integrity, passion and purpose. Born and raised in Singapore, Lionel has been grounded in the ways of Asian living and since a very young age, lived by the core values of being a good and filial family member. Despite the good grounding in ethical living, he felt that there was still something missing. He had somehow lost sight of what had been most important to him – his relationships with his loved ones, especially his wife, who was undergoing depression and contemplating suicide. He decided in that moment that something needed to change and fast. That was a moment of awakening for him and a turning point in his life.
This led to his journey of self-discovery and development. Through the teachings from various mentors, he has continuously stretched his own limits and delved further into clearing, relating and awakening work. He learnt what it entailed to be a man of upright standing and having a backbone with heart. He loves helping those willing to step forward to play a bigger game in life and discovering who they really are.
Lionel has taught and spoken to numerous groups and coached individuals about living from the ‘Here and Now’ way of life. His biggest spiritual practice is Life, where he is having an adventure as a spiritual warrior and teacher who is answering the call to serve as many people as he can.
His easy-going and candid nature as well as his commitment to deep connections has surprised and served many. He continues to walk on this exciting journey of living life, fully open to every possibility imaginable. As he likes to say, “Life is always full of choices. The important thing is to be conscious of the choices we are making and living fully from them.”
From an early age, Lisa has been exposed to many cultures and living from openness. While the youngest of three siblings, her strict upbringing has seen her grow up grounded in the ways of caring and thinking for others.
When you come into contact with Lisa, the first things to strike you about her would be her candid nature, natural joy and easy laughter. She has a knack of putting people at ease while cutting straight to the heart of what needs to be addressed.
Graduating with a degree in Communications from University of Canberra, Australia, her career has seen her take up varied positions including conference manager, personal assistant, counselor and managing editor.
While still young by many people’s standards, Lisa brings with her a wealth of wisdom and experience, having gone through many personal challenges in her life, which brought her to the brink of ending it all. Through the support of a few close friends as well as her firm faith and a deepening spiritual walk, she managed to pick herself up and came out stronger and wiser.
Since then, Lisa has attended many life-changing seminars including Enlightened Warrior Training Camp, The Opening and Sex, Passion & Enlightenment. All these experiences add to the depth that Lisa brings to her coaching clients. Lisa believes her calling is to empower people in the areas of relationships, emotions and living with true power. She is also passionate about growing a community of strong women, who embrace their femininity fully, in this part of the world.
Anyone who has spent time with Lisa finds her to be compassionate, loving and yet strong-willed and determined. She will sometimes push you to the edge and she will always be there to lovingly catch you.
Being a Certified Professional Coach and Clearer, Lisa is committed to bring freedom, love and joy to as many people as she can in this lifetime. She likes to say about heeding her calling, “I may never be ready, but I am always willing.”
